This is an exceptional opportunity to collaborate across various departments, including Services Sales, Advisory, Delivery, Legal, Finance, and Sales Operations, to craft compliant and persuasive Statements of Work (SOWs), proposals, and supplementary materials. Your expertise in process optimization and knowledge management will be vital in enhancing our content repository and training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify Requests: Collaborate with stakeholders to outline plans, estimate scopes, and formulate proposals.
- Analyze Requirements: Assess customer needs and explore relevant information sources to produce compelling business and technical content.
- Develop Proposals: Scrutinize customer-defined scopes and the requisite business, legal, and financial elements to devise clear and compliant responses.
- Coordinate Deliverables: Oversee the creation of SOWs, proposals, and associated documents while managing multiple projects to adhere to timelines.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Engage with Services Sales, Advisory, Delivery, Legal, Finance, and other teams to create deliverables for priority clients.
- Document Review: Edit, organize, format, and review drafts to ensure clarity, readability, and alignment with customer requirements.
- Deal Validation Meetings: Actively participate in discussions to confirm SOW contents and implement necessary revisions.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with team members to enhance proposal processes, tools, and best practices.
- Knowledge Management: Maintain and refresh a knowledge base of company, software, and service information to guarantee accuracy.
- Mentorship: Offer guidance to junior team members on proposal processes and industry best practices.
- Training and Communication: Educate teams on proposal policies and best practices.
